Filler Flange Gaskets
Our standard Filler Flange Gaskets are cut from our NSF-61 certified EPDM sheet material. With a flat finish, our NSF-61 EPDM is offered in thicknesses up to 1/2″. The filler flange provides an instant option to fill gaps up to 3″ on-site.

Compatible with flanges conforming to AWWA C110, AWWA C115, and ASME B16.1 Class 125
Stocked in 3″ – 12″ diameter
Offered in Full Face and Ring Style
Rated up to 250 PSI for 12″ and smaller
Gaskets can be layered up to three plies, not to exceed 1-1/2″
Single-piece gaskets are available up to 36″ in diameter. 42″ diameter and larger are dovetailed (4 segments)
The NSF-61 EPDM filler flange is available in 1/16″, 1/8″, 1/4″ and 1/2″ thicknesses
100% manufactured in the USA
NSF-61 certified, with “EPDM NSF-61 Made in the USA” branding for easy identification
