MeterSeal™ Water Meter Gaskets
The MeterSeal™ gasket contains a raised bead on the i.d. of the gasket. The raised bead allows for sealing to occur prior to gasket compression. The raised bead also allows for uneven bolt torques, as the bead will compress before the gasket. The drop-in MeterSeal™ gasket has a patented tab that allows for precise placement of the gasket.

Standard MeterSeal™ gaskets are NSF-61 EPDM
Other polymer compounds, including SBR, NBR, Neoprene, and FKM, are available upon request
All SBR, EPDM, NBR, and FKM Meterseals are NSF-61 certified
Rated up to 200 PSI
MeterSeal™ gaskets meet the physical properties specified in Table 4 of ANSI/AWWA C111/A21.11.
